Important update on payment methods

Thus we inform you that as of November 1, 2025 the accepted payment methods are:

✅Bank Transfer

For customs duties - payment can be made online before delivery, according to the notification sent by email and sms, or in cash, only in DHL's own offices which you can see at the following link: https://dhlexpress.ro/ro/#locator

🚫 Cash payment to the courier for shipment pickup will NOT be available (orders placed by phone or online). Cash courier payment of customs duties will NOT be accepted.
