Important update on payment methods - valid from November 1

We hereby inform you that as of November 1, 2025:

🚫 Cash payment to the courier to pick up shipments will NO LONGER be available (orders placed by phone or online).

🚫 Cash payment to the courier for customs duties will NO longer be accepted.

Payment methods accepted:

✅ Payment by credit card

✅ Pay by phone or watch (Apple Pay / Google Pay and other digital wallets)

✅ For customs duties - payment can be made online before delivery, as notified by email and sms, or cash only in DHL's own offices which you can see at the following link: https://dhlexpress.ro/ro/#locator
