As we want to make the customs clearance process smoother, we are pleased to inform you that from 23.10.2023 to 23.11.2023, we will continue the digitization process by launching in several stages the online platform dedicated to the collection of documents required for the customs clearance process.
The new platform, DHL4YOU, will allow you to upload documents electronically by accessing the link that will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS for Natural Persons and via e-mail for Legal Persons. The electronic upload of documents will provide better visibility and faster access for the relevant department within the company.
The first clients to receive the new type of endorsement will be those in the South Region (Bucharest, Moldova and neighbouring counties), and the process will be extended to the rest of the country.
